Our worldwide corporate headquarters is located in Hamburg, Germany, where the company was founded in 1977. We opened our first real estate shop outside of Germany in Majorca, Spain in 1990 and continued to grow throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. We began operations in the United States in 2006, opening our first shop in West Hartford, CT in 2008. In 2009 we opened our 400th office worldwide. Our U.S. corporate offices are located in New York City.
